I've rappeled this a few times. It's called "The Maiden" in the Flatirons
in Boulder. You have to climb it first.

I hate rappeling, it is dangerous.

I only went RAPPELLING mostly in my neighborhood at Keystone Lake just west
of Tulsa, where I lived on the lake and had a little boat across from the
sailing "hangar". Once I repelled off a bridge, wasn't prepared for that
and it scared me a bit...
