Sounds like an older boat with some wear and tear and easily solved
problems. Ignore the boat pox as being irrelevant "make work" chatter
from boat yards and have fun sailing.

Hmmmm. I wonder why my former C&C 32, which sat on land with no care at
all for 10 years had none of these issues...or any issues.
I also wonder why my Pearson 30, which also sat for 6 years with no
care had no issues whatsoever.

Ask a good surveyor and they'll tell you sailboats to avoid like the
plague:
US Yachts
Ticon
Chrysler (Ticon bought molds)
O'Day (not all of them)
Seidelmann....the only boat to rival US Yachts on the garbage meter!
Hunter (Not all of them)
Goman Express
Macgregor

Rob:

Unused boats do not wear out. Boats that sit out of the water for 10
yrs do not get boat pox.
Next time, think before you post.
None of us here expect any boat of yours to get any wear.

No manufacture has had a bigger blister (pox) problem than Beneteau.

Beneteau - European Hunter

Ask a good surveyor and he'll tell you that each individual
boat is different from the next, even if from the same mfg..
That is why you get a boat surveyed!

Right, according to mono-brain cell Scotty Potty, poor design and
construction for a given model won't play a hand!!!

it you want. The only thing that sad boat deserves is pitty. Sadly it

What kind of whacko keeps yelling that he "loves his boat?"

The kind who really needs people to believe it...because he doesn't.
