Why not just take some pictures while under sail or

power.
I'm sure you
could get a picture or three that includes part of your
boat...

Good one JG. Well, I would like to get some pictures

of
my boat under
power and sail but so far haven't figured out how to

do
it. The boat is
too fast under power for convenient shots from

another
sailboat, and I
don't have a dingy to sit in while taking pictures of
the boat with
someone else at the helm. And my wife sure doesn't

want
to do it.

I'm trying to post some photos of Mac 26Ms. Having trouble getting them
to download to the note and post.

Place camera in hand. Push button? Is it that hard to do while you're
sailing? I do it all the time, and we don't have a furler, autohelm, etc.

I'm sorry Scotty. I missed the obvious. Yes Jim. By all means use a camera.

Well, I could take pictures of the boat as viewed from the cockpit, and
pictures of the boat looking rearwardly from the bow, but I don't know
how I can get pictures of ME sailing the boat. Also, don't know how I
can get pictures of the boat under sail (showing the sails) or planing
along under power.

You have to take them from another boat...hand your camera over. I'll
be shooting pics of my boat and some others undersail via my dinghy,
Thom's Turtle soon.

Jim you can sail by my marina and I will snap a few photo's if you
like.
You can pull me around the lake once on water skis :0)
Don't take any crap from Jon, IIRC Jon has no boat.

Our you can get someone to stand on the jetties when you come in from
offshore fishing.

Don't expect to see that from Bobspirt, he has never sailed out of the
sight of land and freely admits it.
