Hey, your have to admit...I handled it perfectly and stuck with the
facts. That drives Doug out his tiny mind! He's now busy, VERY busy
trying to defend his TRAWLER in a thread on fast sailboats in a sailing
forum!!!
His best comment was on how so many sailors "won't admit" that a
trawler is a good idea, while ignoring the fact that taking the train
may also be more practical...and about as much fun as the trawler! He's
stamped POWERBOAT on his own forehead and all I did was give him the
ink.
Poor Doug got no help from Scotty Potty or anyone else either! Won't
someone please defend his trawler in a sailing NG????

I think Doug's choice of a trawler was well thought out and practical. I
really admire him for his rational, practical thinking. Plus he is not
apologetic about his choices. He thinks for himself and I consider that a
vary good essential trait. I don't always agree with his choices, but I do
have high respect for them.
