Default Dave's BIG head?

See pics above.
Dave, with the head shots showing the door latch 4 inches beyond the
toilet, would you care to explain how one closes off the head from the
forward area and the main cabin with a person with legs uses it?
I know other CS owners would also like to know, because they complain
about the head on their boats for this problem.

Yes, Dave, we all understand that those flimsy doors can give a bit of
privacy, but let's face facts: If someone's lying in the V and you use
that head after some Mexican food, it will be an audio/aural show that
could end a marriage!
You have no enclosed head in any conventional sense.

Just to help you out, here's what the head of a real boat looks like:

http://newimages.yachtworld.com/1/5/...?1152898072000

Note that the solid door to this head closes with a small rush of air,
so well and tightly fit is the door. There is lots of sink space, not
just a sink. Behind the toilet is the flip down shelf for a sitdown
shower. Beneath the sink is more storage, and next to the toilet is a
nicely sized wet locker with drain. There is an opening port, a non
opening port and a powered vent...good even if Scotty came aboard after
one of his fried Possum specials.
Leg room is the absolute best I've seen on any boat close to her size.
In fact the whole head is large enough for two!...if you're into that
sort of thing.

Don't you think it's time for you to have a real boat that offers some
dignity for guests? And some speed for the sailors? And some reasonable
graceful lines for the sighted.
So far as we can tell, your CS27 is ideal for a legally blind Oompa
Loompa wearing a colostamy bag.

It was obvious, to everyone but ****head, from your first
post, Dave.
Only ****head would brag that a head on a 36'er is bigger
than one on a 27'er.
What a doofus!

Sure. I know that reading pictures may be a bit beyond

you, but for those
who can, there's a diagram at the bottom of
http://www3.sympatico.ca/destinycalls/CS27_specs2.html

The area designated "locker and shelves" is a hanging

locker on the
unmodified boat. The door to that hanging locker (shown

marked by a red
horizontal line at the bottom of the diagram) swings to

close the forward
cabin (see the bottom blue arrow). The billfold door (the

upper red marking)
closes the head from the after cabin when swung in the

direction of the
left-pointing blue arrow, and closes the head itself when

swung as indicated
in the top-most blue arrow. Plenty of room for the longest

legs.

If I haul in NY again, you can come around and see for

yourself.

Here's the head on the Catalina 27, dopey! Looks like a proper head on
a 27 foot boat, enclosed, sink, H/C water, storage, shelf and legroom!
Scotty Potty is also too stupid to even know how big the 35s5 is!!!
(Hint: It's not 36 feet!)

The head was pretty big on the cruise ship I was on, I guess
that makes it a better, faster sailboat
