Can you imagine RB addressing a USCG inspection officer with "Just because you can't see any safety equipment ... doesn't mean we don't have any" Bwahahahahaahahahahahahahahaaa.... You're So BUSTED!!! Actually, the discussion would only be secondary to them admonishing the adults to 1) wear their PFDs and 2) ensure that the kids are wearing theirs. Changing PFDs should be done below decks for kids. That's the law, like it or not. -- Capt. JG @@ www.sailnow.com |

If diving flippers were such a good idea then lifeguards would be using them. RB doesn't get it. Time is of the essence. Wrong again, Bob. The CG does use them. In fact when a Hatteras sank two years ago near stepping stone, I watched CG rescuers hit the water in shorts and fins to pull people out. Lifeguards work on the beach or poolside, Bob. RB 35s5 NY |

Bob Crantz wrote: Right you are Mooron. RB is major busted, this may be the death blow! There is no way he can recover from such a solid smackdown! SMACKDOWN! Kablam! Kapow! Zot! Amen! She's holding a bag... there ain't a fricken Lifejacket of any type to be seen. You don't even have cockpit cushions for that violation of a vessel! http://members.aol.com/bobsprit/imag...sundayweby.jpg Shame!! The throwable is one of two. The other is sitting right next to the young lady, an orange ring with line attached. The kids were playing with it, but it's no less handy. There is one one untethered life ring!!! ...and you claim that allowing toddlers to "play" with lifesaving gear is acceptable? We also have several throwables in the port locker, a moment away. Bwahahahahahahahaaa..... Yeah Sure... and a jet ski on the swim platform!! I keep my excellent fins in the aft locker as well...easier to get to a victim if required. Oh Good Grief..... Bwahahahahahahahahaaa!!! Just how stoopid are you ...Really!!?? I also have two REAL flare kits, ..and no clue how to use either of''em. two VHF, two cell phones and a full ast aid kit...and we have a registered nurse on board. Do you carry all of that? Of course you don't. Bwahahahahahaaaa.... 2 of everything execpt safety gear!! "Oh Suzanne, let's get a second phone, to hell with the lifejackets!!" Thomas also has a harness that clips to the pedestal guard. Oh Stop It!!! Look at the frickin photo Robert.... you don't have any such thing!! http://members.aol.com/bobsprit/imag...sundayweby.jpg Sorry, Mooron. It's true. I do own a nicer boat. I do sail it and I do have a perfect safety record, AND my boat is CG inspected and passed of course, another requirement of our facility. Oh Cripes!! You know darn well that was the 1999 inspection in Florida. Your boat has so many glaring faults, they pass you a pamphlet and tell you to call again when the boat approaches acceptability! You guys might spare yourselves crying like girls next time by considering that a single pic doesn't show the whole boat, let alone the whole cockpit. Good lord, that was embarassing for you folks. Sheesh. Grow a pair. That pic shows you have nothing in the way of safety gear and you let toddlers walk the deck without lifejackets while underway!! http://members.aol.com/bobsprit/imag...sundayweby.jpg You are so busted....
