How can I be breaking the law? I'm not the owner of a 35s5, remember...
or a kia! ? I'm not in the pic either.
Thomas does like to wear his Spongebob lifejacket now.

It doesn't appear that way.... no child of that age should be allowed
access to the cockpit without a life jacket on. Of course the parents are
certainly setting a proper example by not wearing theirs either. Never mind
there isn't a lifejacket in view!!!

It amazes me that you dare lament the consumption of a beer while
underway... but allow numerous toddlers access to a cockpit with no life
jackets and no fishnet guard along the lifelines!

Compound that with the very basic required by law... life saving gear.. no
line attached to the ring buoy, no lifesling, no MOB pole. You shouldn't
even be allowed to be on the water. Tell us how you would undertake an MOB
recovery without the gear to do it? It takes no time at all for one of such
a young age to scramble over the edge in an effort to regain a toy or hat
knocked off the vessel by a breeze.

You Sir... should be reported!!!

I'm sure a copy of that photo and all the relevant information are on there
way to the USCG, child protective services and the management of the yacht
club.

Pictures don't lie!

Why does he have a stinking life ring when a horseshoe is far superior and
will fit members of his large girth social enclave?

Pictures don't lie!

Toddlers + open transom sailboat + sudden storms + no life jacket =
negligent homicide!

Save the children!

Pictures don't lie!

The glaring truth is you've placed your child in danger and are totally
oblivious of basic, common sense safety protocols underway!

The cockpit of that vessel is totally devoid of safety gear!

The photo flies in the face of your claims to sailing safety and seamanship!

The only "safety" item is an untethered, solid doughnut of plastic that
would be useless in an emergency!!

You are a dock-side diva of ignorance!!

Shame on You!!

Sailing, ... like life itself, is about having fun!!

The cockpit of that vessel is totally devoid of safety gear!

So what?

The photo flies in the face of your claims to sailing safety and

seamanship!

Safety and seamanship are two completely different things.

The only "safety" item is an untethered, solid doughnut of plastic that
would be useless in an emergency!!

What emergency???? He's only 500 yards from the marina entrance!

Yup...in fact Hart Island is to starboard. I could almost throw Thomas
to dry land! Poor Mooron, even pics frighten him!
