A very Nice boat Nutsy,
I've sailed a Bristol, Yawl Rigged with a 150 furling head sail. It may be a little tender for long off-shore work but would do the job. I myself would prefer a Lyle Hess Cutter Rigged, Much more comfortable and capable of standing up to tough going. I also would not turn my nose up at a Gulf32. Getting close to the top of you range but Cutter Rigged it would be a match for almost any other boat in that range and as comfortable as anything in that range. With the Inside Helm for sure. http://community.webtv.net/tassail/ThomPage |
