In my case above, the bananas that were originally sold at about $1.20/kilo are now being sold at $11/kilo. Growers and distributors are making an extra $9.80/kilo. There is no rise in any cost involved....it's called profiteering! well, monkey boy, no one is forcing you to buy bananas. SV |
