Default New Lens!

Upgraded my old Macro to the Tamron 90 DI Macro, the sharpest in the
world at any FL between 60-180mm and certainly sharper than any other
DSLR lens....

Handheld shot of a friend's rather tired....eye!

http://members.aol.com/bobsprit/images/eyeweb.jpg

Web shot is showing perhaps 75% of the detail viewable in the RAW file.
This is also a stunning portrait lens for use aboard!

That's one hell of a photo. I can see the retina and the vitreous humor.
Great job there RB!

Actually...It should not have the flash visible reflected back, but I
didn't have the wireless flash setup. Kinda cool though. I'm thinking
of posting some ultra-close-up shots of sailing related stuff to see
who can figure out what's what....for fun!

I can see a annoying flash, for sure sub standard work.

Check out this eye picture taken with a superior Hasselblad and better
photographer.

Default New Condom

About how he bought a new lens for a camera who's capabilities are mediocre
because the format cannot record enough information to create a superior
photograph.

A Scots Sergeant Major appeared at the apothecary's shop and inquired about
repairing a condom. Well, said the chemist, I suppose one could patch the holes
with rubber cement and replace the band around the open end but for God's sake
man a new one is only a shilling! The stern Scot retrieved his condom and
replied "I'll let you know." Two days later he returned, slapped a bright new
shilling onto the counter and announced proudly "Good news! The regiment has
voted to renew!"

Nutsy;

See, once again, your inability to avoid "Red Eye." That's the
photographers problem. No piece of glass will help. Work on your
technique.
