Clean it well first, but don't use abrasive. Actually you could probably use a very fine abrasive polish (Awlgrip is just a 2 part LPU paint, hard finish) but unless the finish is very old & yukked up, you shouldn't need to. Almost any car wax will do, although IMHO the best marine wax is a 3M product called "Marine Wax" (those crazy guys). DSK Our O'Day 27 was Awlgrip...we just used TurtleWax on it... |
