That woould be a rude awakening. It's a good thing nobody
was lost... a testament to modern ship design & construction
that it took an hour to sink.

Default BC Ferry sinks!

Older ships with proper water tight compartments took as long to sink
or longer Doug. It would be a testament to modern design if it did not
sink.
