The military actions in Iraq go into the third year.

Looking at the bright side:

Since the war began, no terror attacks on the US homeland. The war has tied
up terrorist resources in the Middle East by confining them to Iraq and are
bleeding them dry.

Libya has surrendered in the War On Terror without any invasion.

Foriegn investment in the US economy has increased many fold.

Iran will soon peacefully dispose of their elected war monger atom bomb
dropping leader and elect someone more friendly to the causes of the US.

At home, government spending has made for a robust, enduring economy.

Home owners are enjoying new found wealth.

The cost of debt is at historic lows.

No one goes hungry in the US, in fact over eating is the problem.

The poor own tv's, two cars, fancy sneakers, a handgun or two, and have
large amounts of free, quality time.

Americans are so confident in the direction of the country under GWB that
they have bet their futures by drawing large amounts of debt to buy much
needed luxuries.

Really, things are going pretty good.
