Hey Scotty remember this guy?
HOUSTON A judge in Houston today ordered seven years in prison for a businessman who in 2003 faked his death to avoid paying his debts. Fifty-six-year-old Larry Michael Nixon also must pay nine (M) million dollars in restitution and three and a-half (M) million dollars in fines. Nixon in September pleaded guilty to defrauding Minnwest Bank Central in Montevideo, Minnesota, and Old National Bank in Indianapolis. Nixon owned a company called L-and-D Interests, which did business as Delta Crane. Nixon's 40-foot speedboat, the "Living Extra Fast," collided with a barge in Galveston Bay. The Coast Guard spent days looking for Nixon, but never recovered a body. Authorities later found Nixon, using the name Patrick Hudgens, living in Weatherford. Joe |

Yes, I do. He's in Texas, why haven't they shot him?
Does he have the money to make restitution's? Just another example of how much power boaters suck! He should have to pay the CG, as well. Scotty "Joe" wrote in message ups.com... The reason he is not dead, is the feds found him before the local
yokles. Had the local guys got him first he would be 6 ft under 4 sure. I told the USCG he was not alone, unless he could drive 2 cars at once. But I guess they had to look for him anyway. Joe |

Shooting in the head is fast and painless.
If they are worried about the pain caused by an execution, why not just shoot this guy in the head? http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/story?se...rld&id=3930744 "Scotty" wrote Yes, I do.
