It's a float house....Lake Lanier in GA is full of the things as is
part of the TVA in Tennessee.....

Yep, and the water at that dock may be as much as 2' deep!
Awesome! Fully justifies the $ 1/4 mill price tag for a
small house on a small lot in the middle of a swamp...
