I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at. The listing seems to be for a 1400
SF house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, etc., located on a 1.23 acre lot. But the
picture looks like some kind of small screened structure at the end of a
dock.

It's a float house....Lake Lanier in GA is full of the things as is
part of the TVA in Tennessee.....
