Now if I work 150hrs in 2 weeks.... here in Nova Scotia overtime is only payable after 55 hrs/wk for construction related work. That means that I still have 40 hrs of OT at T&1/2.... for that period. The tax is taken off as if I make that kind of cash every payday all year. I only work 6 to 8 months. So they have overtaxed me and I am now due a return. You'd make a great citizen of the US of A.
