How to choose a good boat
1) Never buy a Sieldemann, Oday, Mac or Coronado 2) Avoid boats like the Nordica 30 with interiors that are poorly done. 3) Avoid dated dinosaurs like Express 30's with ghastly interiors. 4) Find a boat with an aft cabin, especially if you have kids! 5) Find a fast boat, even if you don't plan to race. Fast = fun! 6) avoid 30-37 foot boats with PHRF above 150 or so. That's just SLOW dull sailing. 7) Buy a sailboat, not a trawler 8) Get a swim platform...safety and fun combined! 9) Avoid boats with leaky pop out ports like Express 30 and some C&Cs. 10) Find a boat with sleeping arangements not only suited to munchkins! 11) Find a boat with a head for people with legs! 12) Find a boat with a good combo of draft and performance! 13) Avoid sluggish sloppy cable based steering systems! Boats that accomplish this for under 100K???? C&C 34+ XL CB and the Beneteau First 35s5. Cheers! RB 35s5 NY |

Same troll, different words. You really have run completely out of
material, haven't you, Bubbles? Actually, I'm using mostly the same words! I just blasted poor Mooron, Scotty and Bob Crantz is the 35s5 troll by simply pasting in old posts!!! Poor Mooron said I struck the bait and never knew what hit him!!! And I've got poor Sloco singing songs about Scotty's Siedlemann 30!!!! RB 35s5 NY |

It's easy to understand Sloco being jealous of your Seidelmann. He's
probably jealous of your 64 Dodge Dart, too. Completely understandable. Think about it...poor Sloco thinks Siedlemann is a good boat!!!! Can you imagine? He's said so! RB 35s5 NY |

Ohhhhh Rob,
The 60's era Dodge Darts kicked ass. I would much rather have any Dart than the Vagina looking Tribeca you were suckered into buying. And Muffin, the Dodge Dart GTS with the 426 HEMI is worth 3 time what our tribeca is worth, and it's value keeps going up, as the value of the Tribeca plundges. Good lord I wish you would buy a clue.
