Joe... you'll never make it through the NWT Passage with your

to be insulated and the windows reduced to 1/4 the size for
summer alone....
plus you have to winter over since you can't make it in one
season....
unless you follow the ice breaker all the way.... which you

you'll have to stop for fuel.

the update from the North East Coast is we just got a 30 cm
dump of snow.
Finally! I have the toboggan runs set up. I spent 4 glorious
hours
shovelling out from the storm. Great work-out. Hot Rum Toddies.
The
renovations are coming along fine.

I'll drop by again and see if anyone deserves my special
attention later
on..... to date you all seem to be in the Winter Lame-O

So I go into the liquor store and this couple is buying wine.... I over-hear
the woman say " we'll stick to our theme of quality tonight"

I walked by them and asked the "wine steward" ..... "where the hell can I
get a box of wine/"... with a bottle of Lambs Navy Overproof tucked under
my arm, I trundle to the boxed wine section ... lamenting about stale dated
wines and how long do you keep these bottles anyway... then I emit a chortle
of success at discivery of a box of "Hochtaler"white wine ... "whoa this
couldn't have been brewed more than a week ago" I exclaimed!

I made it to the check-out just before the couple and stated that in keeping
with my theme of "Quantity Over Quality"... I was banking on High Test &
Volume to keep me Enlightened
