No dispute about that. I suggest that individual sensitivity to one's
fellow
man is far preferable to groupthink of the type Jon seems to propose. I
find
it unfortunate that increasingly a rule-based "there oughta be a law"
approach is replacing other social controls such as learned individual
sensitivity.
