Annual Lurker Check-in 2006
OK, off with the wraps for now.
Post rarely but catch up once a week or so. Started lurking in 1998 when the Captain was in charge with his deplorable politics but eloquent presentation of sailing lore. Things havent been the same since Boobspittle has flexed his way in, although, he seems human at times and even posted informatively once. Textbook case of arrested development (in the playground.) Sail a Catalina 28 out of Annapolis - my fourth sailboat. "Bart Senior" .@. wrote in message ... Thanks to Bob Crantz for reminding me. LURKER Check-In !!! For those of you lurking out there. This is the annual Lurker Check-in. Lurkers are those that read posts but do not post responses or start threads. You don't have to post anything intelligent, just your handle and location, include boat name, type and model, if you have one. This is your big chance to get easy points. If you don't check in, nothing bad will happen to you, you will just remain POINTLESS! 1 point award per fact you provide. Those of you that have posted and do not have any points at all, or you are not sure if you have any points, you can check in now for free alt.sailing.asa newgroups points. I'll start by awarding Michael May 20 points for his recent introduction. |

Someone from my area circumnavigated in an Orion 27. Here's his website:
http://www.otternews.com/ Wow thats was scary. He must be a manly man. I will have to think about a new puppet called Admiral Orion Otter. But screw him he's a loser, I too once left the dock! Lets talk about me and my superior 35s5. RB 35s5 A boat you envy NY |

I'll try and visit a bit more. Thank you for the kind compliment. Are you
now way inland in the big state? Gilligan "jlrogers" wrote in message .. . Long time no sea. Miss your posts. "Gilligan" wrote in message ... Gilligan here. I occasionally lurk. I sail an old rowboat with tarp sails. The nearest large body of water is 1200 miles away. "Bart Senior" .@. wrote in message ... Thanks to Bob Crantz for reminding me. LURKER Check-In !!! Hi Dave and Group, Ladysailor and I (used to use mfulmor as a handle)
are currently living on our boat and cruising the Mexican Riviera for the third season. We head north to Oregon in the summer (hurricane) months and leave the boat down here. Two days ago Ladysailor finally agreed to sail across the Pacific so next year perhaps weŽll be in your neighborhood. IŽd like to go this year but my daughter is getting married in June, right when weŽd be leaving, and there are still a couple of tweaks IŽd like to do to the boat before getting too far away from home. We still lurk a bit when we have wifi on the boat, but not too much. Fair Winds, Mike |

We can sure give it a try. I might be in England, but I'm not sure if that's
going to April or May at this point. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "cruisin" wrote in message oups.com... You bettcha, Jon, weŽll be passing through about the end of May, first of June. Maybe we can get out on the bay for a sail? Mike www.sailinglinks.com |
