That stern section looks pretty vulnerable to me. Some sort of rub-rail

I can't be absolutely sure from the picture, but that stern light doesn't look
entirely legal. It is supposed to be visible for 135 degrees. It appears that
the sides of the sugar scoop may be blocking it.
