Your wife is entry level. Why does she make 50% more than someone with
10
years experience?

Wanna make a bet? 68K per year for night shift, 36 hours per week,
plus loan forgiveness program and bonus = 72K

Bob, nice try. Loan forgiveness is taxed as ordinary income, but if you had
an inkling of financial savvy, you could deduct the cost of education as an
expense.

That bonus is small. Most signing bonuses I know of are about 10K for
nurses.

What hospital is she working at?

Monster has job listings for experienced OR nurses at 80K$ in Westchester
County. So they're paying entry level nurses more than nurses who have been
on the staff 5 years or more? Why don't they just rehire experienced nurses
who left the field because the pay was too low when they left?

You lie!

It's easy to prove too!

Amen!
