Country Estate" is an oft used name for trailer parks. Go search

"Country Estates Trailer Park" and you'll quickly find that it's a
very common name for them. People with a gentleman's farm would never
refer to it as their "Country Estate", as they know that would make
people think they lived in a trailer park..

A gentleman's farm requires work.

"Early Retirement" - Often a company will offer a bribe of some
sort to get rid of deadwood or problem employees before they are
normally scheduled for retirement.

True but what do I care.
