I wanted to retire early also, but my boss won't let me.

As I said in my original post in this thread, it is OFTEN the case that early retirement is due to the company's desire to dump you. So you *do* feel the need to justify the fact that your company allowed you to take early retirement?? Your company wouldn't have allowed you to take early retirement if you were contributing to profits. The reason that you were able to take early retirement is that you were no longer productive. In other words, you had become a drain on resources.... you weren't worth the money that they were paying you... you were a leech. Wow! I knew you were stupid, but I didn't realize you were THIS stupid! Try reading what I wrote and try again, if you are up to it, Donald. __________________________________________________ __________ I retired early, but it wasn't the company's wish. It actually took me three attempts before it finally stuck. They kept asking what it would take for me to stay, and the first two times I made some hefty demands, and they completely capitulated. The third time, I really wanted out, and told them I was not interested in staying under any circumstances. __________________________________________________ __________ Captain Joe Redcloud |
