At 100 years old you could apply to have it declared as a national
treasure and get some govt money to restore her.
for a 70+ foot boat it has a narrow beam. I've seen interior pics and
the main cabin is quite narrow the only useable space is in the main
cabin with the big windows, still roomy enough for a liveaboard. Might
be quite tender with such a narrow beam as well.

5-7 grand to get her in the water with just bottom paint. The 6-71 was
"winterized" in 1995. Might kick off without a problem.
30 grand on the interior...3 yrs work. mo. long deliver for me. Can
stay till may, is lake Erie frozen in May?

Nope, ice free by about the middle of April.
