Nope.... I was born in Buta, Congo, Africa... and I serve myself. Capt.
Neal is just... shall we say.... a bit more delicate.... than you or I in
regards to his constitution. He would wilt like a palm frond in Nanasivik if
he encountered the climates either you or I live and sail in.

Unlike Neal... you and I are not encumbered to travel by physical frailties
such as intolerance to climate change..... allow him his small and
restricted place on the planet.
