I only have the International version of the 1948 rules, which doesn't include that rule. Also, my 1897 inland rules don't have that, it is worded like the 1948 rule. Now I'm going to have to start looking for my 1962 Chapman! The good news is that saving those older editions helps you look up some of "answers" people give to Rules questions. The bad news is you need to be sure you use the up to date version when answering, especially on test. G otn |
