Well considering the reef was well marked..... I doubt anyone was on watch
or navigating.
If someone was on watch and they still hit the reef...... wooooooooooooooo

Well, we know who is ultimately responsible, but I sure do wish I was a
"fly on the wall" listening to the Captain and scientist argue over
whose system screwed up.
