It never really is, except such places as Foxy's or Bomba's Shack during

Soper's Hole.

and drink is great, and it's fun to watch to locals play grab-ass after
sundown. Also a great market there with everything needed for
re-provisioning.

The rest of the places were wide open. Even the locals commented that it
was a combination of a poor US economy and a bad hurricane season.
