Doug,

They've yet to design a "Seat of the Pants" electronic indicator. To
sail a Laser that's what's necessary. Thank God for boats like the
Lasers. Sailing skills are a matter of HUMAN knowledge, physical feel
and response and not some digital readout.

They aren't made for a 78 year old sailor either But 64 years ago, I
taught myself to sail on a sailing canoe of my own design. Lessons
learned that serve me well to this day
