79 isn't that hot inside...when I lived in swampy old St Louis, where the
humidity is really stenchy, I still set the thermostat for 80....who wants
to pay electric bills like that? You can always just take off more
clothes...

We turn ours on when it hits 92....we used it once last
summer...

I'm talking about *INSIDE* temperatures. I could care less what it's like
outside unless I'm there, and then the AC (or heat) doesn't help.

Only if I don't want to sweat. Most people have the AC set at about
72°. I use the ceiling fans so I set it
much higher.

Good Morning to All !

6:42AM West Coast Time. Snowing for the last hour.
Dog' been out, had breakfast and back to bed. Weather people have
been right on the ball, two days
out of two. The Pacific Lows coming in are sucking that Cold
Canadian air right down on us.

Looks like another Slipper and sweat suit day for Ole
Thom. WTH, its that season BUT I'd still be happier
with the snow staying up in Canada.

Power holding steady.

it's 79 outside right now, had to turn on the
airconditioning. Got down to 68 last night and I woke
up once and considered turning on the heat.

It's toasty warm next to the fireplace. I'd ask you to join me, but
my girlfriend will be right back.

You oughta shear that critter, especially that hairball on the tail.

What's with that anyway? A canine Beehive?

Sorry Neal,

That is a joy a live aboard will never know "Sex on the floor", in front
of a burning fireplace on a comforter. Ah Yes:__ How well I remember :^)

He's a poodle, dimbulb...they use the tail as a rudder whent hey swim...the
hair assists...the original poodle cut is actually functional...they cut off
a lot of the coat but leave the coat on over joints and over the heart and
lings so the dog can swim in frigid water...had nothing whatsoever to do
with fashion...poodles actually have codred coats like Puli's or Komanors,
but very few people allow them to go corded anymore...which is a relief
since it's very hard to keep clean...
