Yeah.... I hear that..... I wouldn't eat any Canadian beef unless I know
the farmer and the cow! I got 4, 30lb slabs of home cured Bacon coming from Sweetland in Lunenburg... a buddy of mine cures them. I put half a pig and a quarter of a cow into the freezer this year. Both the pigs and cow were "finished off" with a bin of carrots, apples and corn. Man oh Man... it really produced some tender sweet tasting meat. I traded a pair of prime young Plymouth Barred Rocks [ Rooster & Hen] for a half dozen meat birds as well. They averaged about 8lbs a bird. Next year I'm getting a couple of turkeys... Royal Palms.... CM "Scott Vernon" wrote in message ... All my beef comes from outback. Plowville grade A-1. Scotty "Overproof" wrote in message news:9rfDd.53154$dv1.47690@edtnps89... Exactly... just make it a quick visit and leave all your cash... Thanx!... Bye! BTW - better check your beef, your president just allowed our cows into the USA. Look here's a link to verify if the cow is mad or not. http://tinylink.com/?OR4VsA89Sl CM |
