![]() The reason your feet stay cold in due to poor circulation. You need to exercise more, especially your legs. I think when you broke your leg in the skiing accident that you got too sedentary. I'm sure you had Mr. Sails waiting on you hand and foot. Now that your leg is healed you need to embark on some cross country skiing or running if the ground is not covered with snow. Even an hour a day at the gym on the treadmill or spinning would go a long ways towards developing some better circulation so your little feetsees would not feel like ice cubes all the time. Another problem is you are too tall for a woman. Women are supposed to be in the 5'2" to 5'6" range as God created them. Anything much larger than that and the heart cannot pump enough blood through the extra miles of blood vessels. If you were the normal height when you were in bed sleeping with Mr. Sails in the spoons position you could stick your feet between his legs to keep warm. Bullpucky...my feet are cold becasue I go barefoot and we never turn the
thermostat up past 68. And Mr Sails is not a short little idgit like you...he's 6 ft tall....and cold feet are a great weapon at times.... "Capt. Neal®" wrote in message ...
