There's that possibility, too.

12th from a clot at just 54.

Your mother was only 13 when you were born???? It figures!

Thomas' grandmother was my stepmother, which is why I called her my father's
wife.

The feds only want 49%

http://www.ctj.org/html/estate.htm

Pennsylvania will take 5%

http://evans-legal.com/dan/paieta.html

NY & NYC will take about about 20%

Ever think of getting a lawyer for estate planning? Otherwise you will be
shelling out 75% in taxes. Only a true fool leaves money on the table.

Yes... it seems to be weighing on you heavily.....

So how much will you make off with after he croaks?

No need to use words like croaks. Probably around 2 million or so. Plus

the PA
homes. My father is 65 and there is very little family on my side. I want
Thomas to have family so I've made it quite clear he has to stick around.
Thomas had only known his grandmother a few weeks when she died suddenly

on Oct
12th from a clot at just 54. She was thin, ate right and walked 3-5 miles

each
day. The holidays will be hard, but Thomas will help us all get through it

in
his own special way.

You mean tax attorney, not accountant. Right?

They can't take that if I'm co-signer on stocks and bonds. They can take

that
on cash and other items which are 100% his. A slick accountant is working

it
out along with provisions to protect Thomas.

You seem to be very confident that this man is really your father. .. How
can you be so sure?

Our family accountant is a tax attorney.
