The Caribbean is becoming old hat though the Bahamas still have many locales I have not seen. I'm kicking around the possibility of going 'round the Horn and heading off to the South Sea islands. Of course, I would continue around to close the circle. I figure at my leisurely pace it should take three or four years. The question I must ask is could you guys and gals survive that long without me? CN Last person (other than that Texican with the goofy wife) to suggest this was EdChell. You, Sir, are no Ed Chell. |

Did I tell you that both of my cats play fetch and come running when I
call them? They even try to talk to me when I get home and tell me what has been going on. Until I've stopped and listened to them, they don't shut up. They like sailing if it's sunny and they get quite miserable if I have to start the engine. Oscar likes to tail the sheet on the winch but I'm worried be may not let go in time when we tack. No dog is so suited to sailing. Cheers OzOne wrote: Not that cat you idiot! :-) On Wed, 01 Dec 2004 12:16:23 +1300, Nav scribbled thusly: OzOne wrote: He's a cat, Nav..... Now that's more like it! No dog is so suited to sailing. Cheers My cat..a Maine Coon, meets me in the driveway every time I arrive home, rolls on his back and begs for a fluff up. He's been sailing once, and spent the whole time in the saloon ears pricked, waiting for the end of the Earth. My dog jumps off the end of the jetty and swims out to meet me as I sail in. He doesn't mind a short sail, but I think he suffers mal de mer. Oz1...of the 3 twins. That's nothing. My cats try to clean the dust out of the bilge! Like me, they have both been sea sick only once.
