Oysters are filthy things. They are filter feeders that vacuum
the scum from the bottom of the bay.
Whales are filter feeders as well, crabs, shrimp, lobster, clams, all
are bottom feeders. All feed on plankton.
Yuck. Real sailors
have a naturally strong sex drive and do not have to rely
on aphrodisiacs in order to satisfy our mates and
dates.
The oyster aphrodisiac is just a myth with no basis.
People like Jon however should not eat raw oysters, if you have a
damaged immune system it can be a heath risk.
But you are welcome to keep away from them, leaves more for me.

Joe,
It's worth 5 Pts to not "Ram the pier head-on", when trying the to back
out of the slip.
No kiddin,
I'll give you 5 pts if you can explain how the boat got
out on the Bay, to notice he was going slower but didn't notice he was
in reverse!
Only in the Bart world.
I just delivered a 65 ft crewboat from the shipyard to the marina
here. Its was an x-army corp of enginners survey boat called the
Gernada.
I switched the props so the owner can learn to walk the boat and not
just pivot. It was hard to get used to using the throttles backwards.
He is going to swith the cables on the tranny's before he takes it out
again.
How did the dinner go? Your pies sounded like quite the treat.
How are your oysters? Ours are still not fat and meaty, havent had a
hard cold front yet and they stay a little on the watery side until we
do get one. Still they were most excellent.
