Well, according to Loco, I'm going into debt to make him jealous. Of course
he's already jealous of the C&C 32.
Actually, I'm moving up to a much larger, faster and modern boat. I'll also end
up making quite a nice profit on it when I move down in size in a few years.
They're all stepping stones.
