The guy who runs the place--about half as wide as he is tall. Thought his
name was Fred, but I could be wrong.


You mean Max. Good guy. Let me know if you have any problems. (off group) They
are a good outfit.
That's your boat next to the picnic deck I think. Do you plan to shrink wrap
the boat?

That's the one. Gonna put a tarp over it.

Okay. Last year a tarp blew off someone's boat and damaged a radar. Make sure
you secure it well, especially since you're at the sea wall.
If you plan to get any serious repairs, contact me. I can save you money.
