Ahhh ... which god are you pious gents talking about, the joker who conned
Abraham into mutilating his penis (Gen 17:11) or the one that gets eaten on
Sundays? Had to be the former. A god who'd make promises he had no
intention of keeping in order to sucker fools into mutilating themselves is
