Here's an even bigger idiot:

From http://apnews.myway.com/article/20041102/D863E1500.html Schwarzkopf has endorsed President Bush, but in a recording of a phone call played for The Associated Press, a man identifying himself as the Persian Gulf War general says, "In 2000, I voted for George W. Bush, but this year I'm voting for John Kerry. ... John Kerry has a real plan to make our military stronger and to go after terrorists wherever they hide. We need a vote for change, vote for John Kerry." A voice says the message was paid for by the Democratic National Committee. In a statement from the Bush campaign, Schwarzkopf said the DNC was making fraudulent phone calls claiming that he had endorsed Kerry, and "nothing could be further from the truth, and I demand that they stop immediately.["] The DNC had no immediate reaction. |

The RNC has been making harassing phone calls claiming that Kerry supports
gay marriage. The RNC has a long history of dirty tricks. Remember Nixon? Your Swift Boat Liar's main spokesman ran with Nixon. Nixon told him to keep after Kerry. There are always fringe elements, but the RNC has been hijacked by the freaks. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "Dave" wrote in message ... Now that I've clicked on the link, I can see your outrage:
"LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Some Michigan voters have received phone calls falsely claiming that Sen. John Kerry would make gay marriage legal." You're so totally full of ****. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "Dave" wrote in message ... And I observe that attitude more on the left side of the spectrum than on the right side. More fundamentally, the notion seems to be that principle doesn't matter--only the results. This is a dangerous trend in our system. |
