What comes after Alien...and after that?
After Alien is sold and we start sailing the new boat...what then? I expect to
keep the larger boat for about 5-7 years and then downsize to a small classic in the 28-33 foot range. I really love small yawls, gaff rigs and ketches. Scotty Potti will **** a mechanical rice picker when he sees our new boat! RB |

You can't always have enough room. Really, go for a very large boat, about
55 foot. I know a guy who single hands one of those big Choy Lee boats. You won't be going wrong Robert. Gilligan "Bobsprit" wrote in message ... You might want to try a really big boat. Gilligan Why? I think our next boat is plenty big and plenty fast to boot. Loco will **** a PT Cruiser. RB |

Well Bob, If you bought a 42+ footer you could have a nice liveaboard. Sell your urban nightmare crackerbox and live like a real Capt. Just think, all you save on rent can go towards more stuff for your boat and will surely cover the addition expense incurred for docking a bigger vessel. Often I single hand RedCloud and let Ms Terry relax. Its nice to live aboard. Joe RB |
Robert,
I'd suggest a classic, maybe a big Marshal Cat (they're built right on Long Island and designed for your waters) and something ocean going like the new Dana 32. They're not quite 40 feet but they'd be great for trolling here. Gilligan "Bobsprit" wrote in message ... How about two 40 footers then? Gilligan What do you suggest? No ultra deep draft please! RB |

That means very little in this day and age...I regularly use 5 different
computers...some from different locations than home....just because you consistently post in the BB name from one place does not mean you are not a sock puppet or have sock puppets....like I said, BS=BB on a dumb day..... observation: have you reread any of your posts (or BS's for that matter) regarding the little tiff you're having over Express sailboats? And you claim I'm an airhead? At least air has a molecular weight...I don't believe there's much to a vacuum.... wrote in message ... Actually, Bob isn't that consistent....a few times he forgot to switch
his connection, and was the posting ID of RB and BB the same. Sorry, folks. I post under one name and generally from one connection. I have CandChelp@aol and the Spindrift IDs for ebay and sales and that's it. Bill owns and sails a C&C 27 and he and I have certainly attacked eachother on these boards. It drives people like Katy and Scotty nuts when I make peace for even a short time. Katy is an airhead and is only acknowdlged at all because she's part female like Horvath or Loco. RB |

As I stated, you are computer illiterate, or you would know that I'm
one person who only posts as BB. Donal is also not too bright and Doug Boat has often said that I was also Jax. Amazing that these bozo's could know so little. No point in creating sockpuppets when the I could probably fool them by just typing a new sig! RB |
