How about two 40 footers then?

Gilligan

What do you suggest? No ultra deep draft please!

ASA GROUP,

Can it be TRUE? Nutsy's new boat;------
A Siedelmann 34. That sure will make Scotty **** a main sail with full
battens!

You can't always have enough room. Really, go for a very large boat, about
55 foot. I know a guy who single hands one of those big Choy Lee boats.

You
won't be going wrong Robert.

I can't get a free slip if I go over 40 feet.

Well Bob,

If you bought a 42+ footer you could have a nice liveaboard.
Sell your urban nightmare crackerbox and live like a real Capt.

Just think, all you save on rent can go towards more stuff for your
boat and will surely cover the addition expense incurred for docking a
bigger vessel.

Often I single hand RedCloud and let Ms Terry relax. Its nice to live
aboard.

Robert,

I'd suggest a classic, maybe a big Marshal Cat (they're built right on Long
Island and designed for your waters) and something ocean going like the new
Dana 32. They're not quite 40 feet but they'd be great for trolling here.
