He smeared the "Swift Boat Vets for Truth," for no reason (that he could
articulate) and he defended that biased asshole, Dan Rather, but now the
chickens may have come home to roost for Bill O'Reilly. I hope every word
of this complaint is true, and his sorry ass gets booted off the air for
good. A jerk and a phony from the start.

That's funny because I listened to him on 60 Minutes and he seemed
pretty coherent for a wacko. Well, I guess that's a normal reaction.

Whether or not some of it is remains to be seen. But I gotta wonder about
her lawyers. One of the allegations is that her damages exceed the
jurisdiction of the court. That simply cannot be true. The jurisdiction of
New York's Supreme Court (the lowest state court of general jurisdiction) is
unlimited as to amount. Clearly a sloppy cut and paste job.

In any case, O'Reilly is stupid liar. He doesn't even lie well. He
just lies whenever the mood strikes him. Reminds me of you, Joe, and
your buddies in the White House.
