Thing is Taddy, their debt is not being used to better 'themselves'
but to buy the SS commodore instead of the Exec, the Plasma TV and
surround system, the jetski, the 5 star overseas holiday, the cable TV
and the huge fishing boat.

Generating mortgages, overdrafts and other debt is fine if you are
accumulating something that will be worth somethin in the future.

The points are all valid to a degree, except that most people
bathe these days.

Builders labourer, trenching machine operator,gardener,COP,plumbing
contractor,mechanical engineer, professional racecar
driver,boatbuilder,property developer,company manager, and a whole
heap of oher stuff (ret'd) (well as much as possible) ;P

Was that _really_necessary as a sign off? Being modest, I never
list all my qualifications because they might make ordinary
mortals feel inadequate.
