Apartments are for kids. Your
boat is vintage.


NY real estate is a huge international market, including apartements, buildings
and storefronts. Anything even close to NY has huge value down the road.
Everyone knows this but you!
My vintage boat is nicer than yours and worth more!

He's only been married for two years. Wait until the honeymoon wears off.
You'll know if you have a soulmate after 20 years or so of marriage. Over
that period of time health, disposition, desires, etc of people change and
you may find someone doesn't quite have the "soul" they used to. That is
the test to see if you really found a soulmate.

Yes, it's great. It's wonderful to have a true soul mate by your side. I
think that many of the more bitter people here have clearly lost that
state of joy (or never found it). Human emptiness arises from never
really finding the soul mate. But then, what do I know -it took me 40
years to find mine...
