An "estimate" is NOT a true rating.


You must be a demoncrat. You're grasping at straws.

A true PHRF rating is given for your area. The estimate generated by the
fornula exists as a starting point. Not all boats have a PHRF rating. I doubt
there's one anywhere for a Fisher 37. And there are many one-off cruisers that
have no rating.
