This web site may be "partisan"... how can it not be, featuring the
Kennedy name so prominently... but if anything it mildly understated.

I do a fair amount of work at the RTP EPA facility. The Bush
Administration has not "rolled back" environmental policy; they've
enforced a strict policy of non-enforcement. This is the real reason why
Christine Todd Whitman quit. Bush-Cheney has also made a really serious
effort to dismantle all environmental research, which bodes very ill for
the future.

If you like to breathe, you should consider voting for Kerry.
Unfortunately I'm not kidding.

I was trying to shake off my liberal wacko label. :-)

True that. My father has been a Naturalist for 40 years. We both took part in
many NYZS projects and he worked for the Museum of Natural History for many
years. NEVER before have environmental programs been cut down so badly.
This election is the ultimate "selfish test." Can a republican understand the
damage that Bush is doing and realize that it must stop?
In a few short months we'll find out.

Sadly, it's not looking good right now. Perhaps things will
change. I'm feeling very bad for our country and the rest of
the world.

Well, it aint over yet. The debate's will be a deciding factor. Bush usually
has no real content, while Kerry tends to go into too much detail. Advantage
Bush since much of this country is made up of Horvaths and Scotty Potti's.

I'm always amazed by the lack of intellectual interest in issues that
truly affect our lives vs. the blind support of ideological doctrine
(from either side).
