Low cost Boat Available

I have a clean titled Tanzer 27 (1982) on my boards, folks. It's solid. The
original inboard was removed and replaced with a 9.9 merc. Interior has quite a
bit of wood and she has good sails and some electronics. Someone can have her
for less than 5K. Recent genny and spin. Furling and so on.
