Truman I was listening to NPR last night. Daniel Shore was giving his commentary, but I tuned in about 1/2 way through. He was talking about restricting civil liberties, the president asking the people to put up with several moderately heavy-handed techniques to combat domestic terrorism, etc. I was thinking that this was a bit much even for Shore, even though he is quite liberal. I thought he was a bit over the top, since Bush/Cheney/Ashcroft hadn't really gone that far (yet). Then, I realized he was talking about Putin. I'm female. Would never consider voting for Kerry! I have at least 20 close lady buddies. None of us will vote for Kerry. Driving through Atlanta, many more bumper stickers for W04, etc. The only cars that have Kerry bumper stickers are battered little old economy cars. Yes, Bush will win! But Please, don't lump all women into the Democrat sludge. Many of us can think for ourselves! PV, G So Sorry G. It's just that Kerry's main block of voters are barefoot stay at home moms who have no understanding of how the real world works. While smart hard working, money earning men, and agressive intelligent ladies like you and your friends will vote for Bush. Sorry if I lumped you into the Girley Ganz crowd. Joe |

Daniel Shore liberal?
NPR is about the most balanced journalism around except in the mornings here in NYC when they broadcast that idiot (talbit smiley something or other) from WNYC with his racist bull****. in fact about a year ago (or 2............my mind wonders) they produced a full page ad in the NY times regarding the israeli and palestinian mess. the israelis responded with force the palistinians were silent. interesting. gf.
